Screw Top Headspace Vials
The Pro Clean Screw Top Headspace vials are made out of US Pharmacopeia type I borosilicate glass. Designed for use in both Headspace and Sample Extraction processes. These precision threaded, heavy wall vials are the best choice for headspace analysis when a 10ml or a 20ml vial is called for.
These vials have a special design to ensure that the vial has the maximum possible strength to withstand higher positive internal pressures. The wall thickness is greater and the base is rounded to eliminate the weak area where the wall joins the base.
The screw cap eliminates the need for heavy tools like crimpers and de-cappers, and assures that the vials are sealed perfectly every time. Available in clear or amber colors, these round bottom vials are perfectly compatible with the leading HS analyzers.

Crimp Top Headspace Vials
The Pro Clean Crimp Top Headspace vials are feature a standard 20mm finish, made out of US Pharmacopeia type I borosilicate glass. Round bottom vials are compatible with most autosamplers. For sensitive samples select amber glass vials.
Available in clear or amber colors, these round bottom vials are perfectly compatible with the leading HS analyzers.
